Marcus Procaci is a licensed real estate professional serving South Florida, bringing more than 20 years of hands-on experience in construction, property restoration, and project management. As the Founder and Owner of Procaci Restoration Inc. since 2004, Marcus has built extensive expertise in water and fire damage restoration, mold assessment and remediation, hurricane recovery services, renovations, remodeling, redesign, painting, and large-scale project management.

Having personally overseen and completed hundreds of residential and commercial projects, Marcus offers clients a unique advantage when evaluating a property's condition, value, and potential. His construction background enables buyers and sellers to make informed decisions with confidence, whether purchasing a home, preparing a property for sale, or planning future improvements.

In addition to his construction expertise, Marcus specializes in Indoor Air Quality and holds credentials as an Accredited Indoor Environmental Hygienist.
