Luke is a Sarasota-based REALTOR and active real estate investor with a personal portfolio of 5 doors across 3 markets, valued at over $2M, built alongside his brother and business partner since 2022. He's underwritten deals, analyzed cash flows, managed tenants, and navigated the full lifecycle of owning investment real estate. When he works with clients on a property, he's not reading from a playbook. He's drawing from his own experience.

That investor mindset is backed by an unusual professional background. Luke holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Clemson University and spent 6+ years building technology solutions in financial services at Ally Bank and Live Oak Bank, rising to a senior engineering role reporting to the CTO of a 1,000+ person fintech. That seat gave him direct exposure to financial modeling, capital markets, underwriting, and tax strategy, knowledge he applies directly when helping clients evaluate whether a deal actually makes sense.

He brings a data-first approach to every transaction: running the numbers before forming an opinion, stress-testing assumptions, and making sure clients understand what they're buying or selling in full financial context, not just square footage and comp prices.

That same approach applies whether you're buying your first home, selling a property you've owned for decades, or evaluating your next investment. Most clients don't need an agent who talks in abstractions. They need someone who can cut through the noise, tell them what the numbers actually say, and help them make a decision they'll feel good about long after closing.
