Meet Elizabeth “Liz” “Libby” Augustine

Originally from Ohio, Elizabeth “Liz” “Libby” Augustine moved to Florida with her family in 1987 and graduated from Venice High School in 1991. Her passion for helping others and commitment to professional growth led her to Colorado, where she earned dual aesthetician certifications in both Colorado and Florida and successfully practiced in the industry for more than 20 years.

While living in Colorado, Liz built a strong foundation in sales, marketing, and customer service, earning recognition for her achievements and developing the people-first approach that continues to define her career today. Her diverse professional background also includes opportunities in the entertainment industry, where she worked alongside notable talents and gained valuable experience in communication, presentation, and relationship-building. During her time at Fort Carson, she was honored by General Pickler for her volunteer service to the military community, further strengthening her connection to and passion for serving veterans and their families.

Liz’s introduction to real estate in Colorado sparked a passion that ultimately brought her back to Florida’s Gulf Coast. Today, she combines her extensive customer service experience, strong community connections, and dedication to helping others navigate one of life’s most important decisions—buying or selling a home.
